I call pieces like this textured because the flowers and mushrooms are components made of powdered glass and then fused to the base glass in a way that they are raised and look as if they are just floating on the glass.

The glass piece measures 4" x 4" - with the frame the whole piece is 6" x 6"

The frame is handmade by Brian Serafin and has a saw tooth hook on the back for simple wall hanging.
